Starting in February of 2006 the "Feed Me Better" Campaign started in earnest, along with Jamie Oliver we started to provide Hot school meals in Lincolnshire, we started by cooking from the pub the company owned but by the end of July 2006 term we had outgrown the facilities.
We took on a major project to build from scratch a new purpose built kitchen, completed by the start of the 2006/7 term it didn't come on line until February of 2007, producing Hot food for 1000 children, The campaign its self has suffered set backs with various media reports of how unsuccessful the whole thing is, and the parents of some children who think we are subscribing to some sort of nanny state. Nothing could be further from the truth... we offer a single main and pudding choice every school day with of course a vegetarian option, the meals are nutritionally checked by Lincolnshire County Council and provide a balanced diet for primary school children.
The campaign is based on a three week rotating cycle Parents, governors, Headteachers interested in discussing school meals further email or call for an informal chat.
Due to an ever increasing demand we now proudly present our "Events & location Catering Service" we cater for any type of event either by provision and delivery of food on a bespoke basis or to full silver service provision with chef's Menu's range from £5.00 per head to £35.00 per head what ever the requirments get in touch... We also offer a fully equiped Location Catering Truck complete with Chefs for those hard to reach events, or Television / Film Crew catering Current contracts with BBC Television, Sky Sports The truck is also used for provision of food onsite for bespoke weddings and events at YOUR location Chefs, waiting staff and Bar facilities are all available.
